I support adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of emotional challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are also processing the emotional impact of divorce, separation, or the complexities of blended family life.

The twenties can be a powerful yet confusing time—full of expectation, comparison, and identity exploration. I work with women in this season who may feel uncertain, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. In the thirties, many women face quiet crossroads—career shifts, relationship changes, motherhood (or the decision not to), and the pressure to "have it all figured out." I offer a space to explore these evolving identities, process burnout, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and authentic.
The 40s often stir quiet upheaval. You may be holding everything together—career, caregiving, relationships—while inside, something is shifting. Perimenopause, burnout, or a loss of direction may bring emotional weight that’s hard to name.
