Counseling Services

Individual Counseling – $175/session

50-minute session

Insurance: I am a private-pay provider and do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement. Sliding scale available upon request.



Coaching

Available nationwide (virtual only). Coaching is not therapy and is not covered by insurance.

Clarity Session – $175


One 60-minute session to explore a specific goal, decision, or internal block. Includes a follow-up email with personalized tools or next steps.

4-Week Coaching Journey $495

The Empowered Path is a 4-week 1:1 Coaching
